  2. Very interesting article, what most of us have suspected and known but without the evidence. What redress against the energy consultants?

  3. Taking a fabric first approach to designing buildings helps reduce and sometimes eliminate this energy performance gap. Forget offsetting carbon emissions, reduce them from the outset. Following the core Passivhaus principles (Insulation, air tightness and no thermal bridging) does the trick.
